This agreement is made to ensure that any inventions developed by the Inventor during their period of engagement with the Company are legally assigned to the Company.
For the purposes of this agreement, “Invention” refers to any invention, improvement, or discovery made by the Inventor, whether patentable or not, during the term of this agreement.
