This Confidentiality Agreement is made effective as of [Effective Date], to protect confidential information disclosed between the parties during discussions of potential collaboration and/or engagement.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes any non-public information that is disclosed by one party to the other, including but not limited to financial data, program details, donor information, volunteer records, and any other sensitive information.
The Recipient agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all disclosed information and shall not disclose it to any third parties without the prior written consent of the Nonprofit Organization. The Recipient shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of [Specify Purpose].
